Job Description
Senior Accounts Administrator – Dealership Accounts & Sales Administration
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary up to £25,000
The role:
Working within a car dealership Administration department, the office is shared by Accounts and Sales Administration staff. Day to day responsibilities include preparing daily cashflow, bank reconciliation, posting bank statements to the DMS, assisting the Finance Manager with monthly accounts, invoicing vehicle orders, assisting with paperwork for vehicle funding, managing paperwork for delivered cars, credit control, preparing supplier payments.
Experience within an Accounts role is essential, Motor Trade experience would be beneficial, and exposure to Motor Trade Sales Admin would be a bonus. Training will be given.
