Job Description
Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for an Accountant / Bookkeeper based in Yeovil, Somerset. Joining a market leading & global organisation at an exciting time of growth!

The role is ideal for someone with previous experience in Finance & Accounts that is comfortable to process up to Trial balance level.

The working hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break and the annual salary is £30,000, PA.

You will report directly into the Finance Manager, joining an experienced team of five made up of two Accounts Receivable Assistants & two Accounts Payable Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing of general entries and managing the associated schedules, including:

* Accruals

* Prepayments

* Expenses

* Petty cash

* Depreciation

* Intercompany transactions

* Bank reconciliations

* VAT Returns

* Adhoc AP/AR where required

* Other

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

* Previous Finance, Accounts experience – comfortable to process up to Trial balance level.

* Excellent customer relationship skills.

* Strong communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.

* Strong time management skills.

* IT literate.
