The Role:
To support the Treasury department and project delivery team on a 12 month Treasury Transformation project. This banking transformation project includes rationalisation of banking partners, restructuring and banking process automation using a Treasury Management System (Kyriba), as well as integration with SAP ECC and S4 Hana
Work with Project management to develop a comprehensive communications plan to educate and direct customers to make the necessary changes
Ensure all communications support our internal brand and house style
Develop content for publication to the Syntranet
Develop and engage the communication stakeholder map
Run internal briefing sessions with key stakeholders and shared services across the globe to elicit support
Take ownership for publishing content related to the program
Develop and implement a measurement approach detailed enough to inform key stakeholder of progress of the program ie the number of accounts in active use
Assist with the completion and approval of documentation for the restructuring, including banking documentation (KYC, mandates, opening documents).
Assist in the completion of weekly packs, communications and other documentation to the internal Intranet and SharePoint sites.
Assisting with reports, PowerPoint presentations and expense queries
To support activities the SMEs with local and/or in-country knowledge and support through our design, testing, training and deploymentProfile:
Excellent communication skills – written and oral – in English with a second European language a plus
Able to prioritize workload
Experience in supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications within a project environment
Able to identify key stakeholders to provide support
Demonstrable Excel and Powerpoint skills
Able to work unsupervised as well as in a team
Good attention to detailOn Offer:
Salary Circa – £38,000 to £40,000
Length – At least 6 months of work
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office & 2 days at home
