Our client is an established brooker looking to expand their team due to continued success and additional new office capacity, this meaning they are now looking to take on ambitious case managers/administrator to join their team.

As a Trainee Mortgage Case Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the advisers in the gathering of information in support of all new applications and taking frontline enquiries from customers as well as provide customer service for inbound and outbound communication by telephone and email.
