Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a global engineering company based near Oxford. This full time, permanent position would suit a Finance Administrator who has at least 2 years' experience within a similar role. Looking after the Purchase Ledger, including purchase order reconciliation, and setting up supplier payments using online banking are key aspects of the role.

The successful candidate will be fully AAT qualified, be proficient with Sage accounting software and be at an intermediate level on Excel. The Finance Administrator should be proactive with their approach and have excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Finance Administrator Position Overview

Responsible for the Purchase Ledger
Inputting invoices onto the system
Purchase order reconciliation
Monitoring staff expenses
Invoice filing
Petty cash handling
Credit card management and reconciliation
Online banking including setting up supplier payments
Assisting with the month end process

Finance Administrator Position Requirements

AAT level 4 qualified
At least 2 years' previous experience in a similar position
Microsoft office experience including Outlook, Excel and Word
Sage accounting software experience required
A background in consulting or construction industries is beneficial
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Finance Administrator Position Remuneration

Salary £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
Working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (rising by 1 day per year up to 28 days)
