Job Description
Our client is the national leader in debt collection and due to continued expansion we are on the lookout for a Team Leader from the Collections industry to manage a small team of collections reps.
The company operates both b2b and b2c represent hundreds of clients throughout the country and the rest of the world. The role will work on a shift basis (phone number removed) and (Apply online only) monday to friday and the successful candidate should be able to attend all 3 shifts.
On top of basic salary comes earning potential to boost your package well into the 30s. We really need someone with Team Leader as well as Collections experience who can answer queries that the collections team are unable to answer and to progress disputed cases by way of their excellent knowedge of the Legal proceedings involved within the industry
