Talent Business Partner – Central Hertfordshire – £70K 

JGA have been exclusively retained by one of our key clients to support them in sourcing a Talent Business Partner to deliver outstanding HR support to the business with a focus on recruitment, staff engagement, reward and promotion process. 

This is an exciting role to lead on all things talent acquisition and retention with a senior reporting line – directly into the Managing Partner. 

As Talent Business Partner, you will be responsible for: 

Supporting HR Strategy & Projects.
Recruitment & Resourcing.
Staff Engagement.
Remuneration & Reward.
Promotion processes.
Learning &  Development.
Compliance.
HR System Reporting. As Talent Business Partner, you will have; 

Multiple years HR experience with some professional services exposure in legal or accounting sectors.
Proven skills in recruitment for professional services (either in house or agency role).
Proven skills in developing talent and learning programmes.
Experience of effective challenging and influencing at senior manager/partner level.
