Job Description
This Employed Financial Advisor role gives you the opportunity to join a growing Financial Advisory firm that provides you with around 50 clients for ongoing servicing and support with your own lead generation.

You will be able to utilise the 50 clients as an excellent foundation to build upon and develop a significant book of business.

As a Financial Advisor you will be providing full holistic Wealth Advice to new private clients/business owners.

Some of your main responsibilities are as follows:

* Ensuring the firm's clients receive the highest level of financial advice and ongoing service.

* Contribute to the success of the business by further developing the existing client bank, gaining referrals where possible and strengthening client relationships.

* Bring new clients to the business establishing plans for their financial goals and aspirations following the client centric ethos already embedded in the business.

* Maintain a high profile for both self and the firm in the local business and professional sectors by way of planned and focused networking.

* Consistently comply with legislative, financial, procedural and quality requirements

* Maintain a proactive and positive working environment, contributing to pulling the team towards shared goals and targets

This role could suit individuals holding their Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice looking to take the step into Financial Advice.

You will receive full support from their Paraplanners and Administrators.

Financial Advisor Requirements

* Ideally you will be an experienced Financial Advisor holding your Full Level 4 Diploma

* This company would look at individuals who haven’t been a Financial Advisor but hold the full Level 4 Diploma

* You must be a motivated team player who is willing to grow your own pipeline through self generation

Financial Advisor Benefits

* Salary of £30,000 – £55,000 with OTE of £60k depending on experience plus bonuses and annual discretionary bonus
