Job Introduction

We currently have an amazing opportunity within our Finance team for an experienced Purchase to Pay specialist (preferably with Coupa expertise), with process Change Management experience, to join the team. The successful candidate will have experience of working in multi-stakeholder projects. As well as possessing excellent persuasive communication skills and comfortable working across all levels of the organisation

Main Responsibilities

* Understand and document end to end Coupa process to include all stakeholder touch points

* Review and amend (where appropriate) the existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Work to develop month-end operational reporting packs for all franchises

* Work with each franchise to reduce monthly RTR accrual for committed liabilities

* Work with each franchise to embed ‘best practice processes’ with measurable action plan and regular review.

* Own and document (with action plan) the Coupa dispute process

* Support a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis, data gathering and problem solving.

* Produce large data sets within available tools (intermediate Excel), to present data back as information used to drive decision making.

* Stakeholder Management with Procurement to ensure full engagement and alignment

* Stakeholder Management with Record to Report to ensure full engagement and alignment

The Ideal Candidate

* Part Qualified accountant or currently studying for professional qualification

* Ability to identify and understand end to end Coupa process and associated ‘pian points’ supported by transparent data analysis

* Ability to translate data analysis into measurable action plans

* Ability to understand accounting implications of the Coupa process – and be able to validate accounting entries for reasonableness (monthly accruals)

* Ability to develop good working relationships with GBS, internal customers and stakeholders.

* Takes full ownership and accountability of Coupa reporting packs.

* Takes full ownership to clear all open ‘dispute’ items

* Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint and using these tools to drive efficient recyclable solutions

* Excellent communication skills – with assertive and persuasive presentation style

* Expert knowledge of PTP processes
