Job Description
Do you have Service Charge accounting experience in a Commercial Property environment? 

If the answers are yes then this is your opportunity to join a friendly and supportive Accounts Team based in London as a Service Charge Accountant.

You will be dealing with the preparation, reconciliation and recharging of annual service charge accounts within agreed timescales and in accordance with RICS code, so it is essential to be familiar with RICS regulations. You’ll be reviewing recommendations and posting of prepayments and accruals at the service charge year end.

Experience of working with TRAMPS property management system would be an added bonus. You must have experience of closing year ends and demand balancing service charges along with the ability to reconcile service charges and prepare service charge cash reconciliations. An understanding of general VAT accounting laws and the application of VAT in commercial property is required.

Location:         West London

Salary:             £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience

Hours:              37 hours per week on a permanent contract
