Job Description
HYBRID role – Acquisitive £15m IT business in London growing organically and by acquisition seeks an accomplished Financial Controller / Finance Manager to support the CFO, MD and Management Team and oversee the finance function. This Financial Controller / Finance Manager role will include:

Oversee the finance function and prepare the monthly reporting pack
Improve reporting to facilitate accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Assess and implement new processes and integrated systems in finance and the business
Prepare long term cash flow forecasts and provide analytical support to the CFO and MD
Work with CFO to integrate the finance functions of future acquisitions
Ensure all revenues are invoiced and maintain a strong control environment
Prepare, reconcile and submit quarterly VAT returns
Assist in management, training and development of the finance team
Work closely with the CFO and budget holders preparing budgets and business modelsProspects are excellent in this acquisitive business seeking to grow EBITA significantly over the next 2-4 years. You can be PQ, Qualified or QBE and should have relevant experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager or Financial Controller in your career to date. HYBRID role
