Job Description
Senior Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant
£30,000
Kings Hill for 4 days a week, 1 day work from home / remote
Monday to Friday – 35 hour week – 9am-5pm
30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

This Senior Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant role is to join an award-winning team, who are currently going through a period of growth and transformation where additional headcounts are being recruited, processes are being streamlined and systems are being reviewed and improved – it's a brilliant time to join this exciting journey!

The successful Senior Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant will be a motivated, self-starter who is looking for a fast-paced role and is used to processing high volumes of invoices each month.

There is potential for this role to develop some team leader responsibilities further down the line so candidates who would be open to this would be of particular interest.

The duties for this Senior Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant role will include but not be limited to:

Raising sales invoices and sending to customers
Recording cash collection on a timely basis
Reviewing aged debts and taking appropriate actionThe successful Senior Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant will have / be:

Previous Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control experience
Previous experience of processing a high volume of invoices
