Leading a payroll team of 3 with oversight of 3 payrolls and scope to manage and direct payroll projects.

Leading Banking organisation based in the City area of London. Hybrid working.

Description

Head up the management of 3 Payrolls (UK and Europe)
Oversee preparation, balancing and control of payroll
Lead of a team of 3 Payroll specialists
Ensure all taxes and statutory obligations are paid
Stakeholder management
Manage Payroll updates including new hires
Implement and review payroll processing systems to ensure accurate processing of payroll including salaries, benefits, taxes and deductions
Identify and recommend updates to systems and improvementsProfile

Extensive Payroll management including UK and European payrolls

Oversight of team

Financial services or Banking sector desirable

Proactive and Organised

Adept at project management
