Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with highly experienced Finance Managers for a role in Central London.
Our client, are a well established real estate and property development business who operate in both the residential and commercial sectors have been established since 2015 and are growing on a yearly basis despite the pandemic in 2020.
With assets under development & planning at present over £600m. They are a recognised player in the industry and will be a great company to get involved with at this stage.
Due to growth, they seek an experienced and highly knowledgable Senior Finance Manager to join the business and work alongside the Group Finance/Managing Director. You will be responsible for business wide financial aspects and dealing with deep analysis reporting directly into the board of directors/owners of the business.
There is huge potential here to step into the overall Finance Director role for the business and they are currently offering a fantastic salary.
Ideally the candidate will be from a degree qualified accountancy/finance background and be recognised by a chartered accountancy body such as the ACCA.
They must have knowledge of property development, construction within residential or real estate to be considered for the role.
