Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts professional to join a personable and 'family feel' organisation based in Redhill. This is a very practical role covering all aspects including Purchase & Sales Ledger, payroll and forecasting monthly accounts.

Key Duties:
Sales Ledger – processing CIS deductions, VAT reverse charge & inhouse chasing
Purchase Ledger – proforma payments, reconciling statements and preparing payments
Bank reconciliation
Run and prepare quarterly VAT returns
Process weekly payroll for 65+ employees (PAYE and Contractors)
Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and implement monthly management accounts
Assist external Accountant with year-end queries
 The successful candidate will ideally be part/fully qualified in ACA/CIMA/ AAT and have experience using Xero. Advanced Excel skills are essential as well as knowledge of management accounts and quarterly VAT returns.

The Package:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
Casual working environment
up to £38,000 DOE
