Our client are a leading field services business who are the middle man between the utility companies and their customers who are in debt with their bills. They provide a world class service to their customers and do all they can to help them resolve their financial issues with utility companies.
As the Senior Field Operations Manager you will be responsible for a team of well-trained, industry expert field based staff including the direct line management of our Field Managers. Together you will ensure performance excellence and service delivery. You will devise relevant training, mentoring and coaching of staff along with developing a culture of team work and continuous improvement. You will also work with the wider Operational and Senior Management team contributing to the strategic planning and growth of the department.

This is a full time permanent role working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm but a degree of flexibility is needed. You must have a full UK driving licence
