Job Title: Senior Credit Controller
Salary: c£27k + benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join a high growth, highly acquisitive manufacturing PLC as they look to grow their finance team. This is a fantastic time to join a business with a clear direction and an ambitious growth plans, working in a autonomous value add role with a high calibre finance team, Morley based.
The Role
As Senior Credit Controller, you'll work closely with the Head of Finance and be joining a close knit, well run finance team, in a fast paced growing business. The role is naturally diverse and well rounded, giving you full ownership of the ledger to run and manage as you see fit and most efficient. This role would suit a hands on Credit Controller, passionate about adding value and driving improvements, wanting ownership of a diverse ledger ranging from smaller SME's to PLCs.
Given the diversity of the role, duties could include but are certainly not limited to:
Full control and ownership of your ledger, posting and allocating to several different bank accounts
Weekly meetings with the Head of Finance to discuss the ledger, review aged debt and set objectives
Seeing any client queries through to satisfactory resolution, whilst maintaining exceptional customer service
Set up and maintain accounts, setting credit limits as required and opening new accounts including monitoring credit checks etc.
Account reconciliations
Chasing overdue payments, liaising closely with the Sales teams to review accounts and update any issues
Raise and post invoices, all in SAP ensuring procedures are correctly followed.

The ideal person for this role will be an experienced Credit Controller looking to work in a high growth, acquisitive and fast paced business, and be passionate about driving growth and adding value in a business facing role.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally:
Have demonstrable experience in Credit Control and be confident owning and having responsibility for the ledger
Be strong interpersonally and confident liaising with all internal and external stakeholders across the business
Be able to prioritise your workload and adapt to an ever changing environment.
Be passionate about adding value and driving continuous improvement.
Experience in Invoice Financing is advantageous but not essential. Salary & Benefits
Salary £25,000-£28,000 + benefits
