Job Description
Temporary Senior Credit Controller – FMCG/Retail Industry

Salary: £160 – £170 per day PAYE

Location: Central London

Length: Initially 3 months+

Hybrid: Yes – 3 days in the office

We are partnering with a global entertainment business which is a leader in the gaming industry with headquarters based in Central London. Working with significant household names, they are now looking for a Senior Credit Controller on a temporary basis to join their fast paced, growing finance team.

Main responsibilities and requirements:

Extensive understanding of the Order to Cash process
Handling and resolving EDI queries from Amazon and other key accounts.
Daily banking process
Daily invoice / credit process and debit note processing.
Assist in resolution of queries from customers, following up on outstanding balances and ensuring the ledgers are accurately maintained.
Assist with bank reconciliations and posting of customer remittances to the ledger.
Provide AR reporting, including input to cash flow and ensure cash flow is maintained for remittances.
Ensure detailed notes of customer contacts and status re debt is maintained
Ad-hoc reporting and other duties as required to support the finance team as and when required.
Responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with the company's Information Security and Quality policies.
Excel skills to VLU's and pivot tables

The successful candidate will have recent experience working in a team as a Credit Controller and must be immediately available. Ideally you will have recently worked in a retail/FMCG, fast paced, highly pressurised environment and have the ability to resolve complex queries with internal and external stakeholders.
