Job Description
My client a market leader in their sector are seeking a Credit Controller to join their finance team based in High Wycombe. The role is predominantly reomte working. The team operates in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This role will be focused on being a proactive business partner whilst assisting the business leaders and other teams within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities
To manage a debtor portfolio
Chase debts via telephone and email
Investigate and resolve non-payment issues
Resolve and action enquiries
Negotiate payment plans
Review and adjust credit limits accordingly
Raise credit notes
Assist in month end reporting tasks
Ad hoc duties and tasks to support the management teamPerson Specification:
Strong experinence within credit control
Good competency of Excel
Target driven with ability to use initiative
Resilient and proactive
Able to work well in high pressure environments
Strong verbal and written communication
