Senior Accounts Administrator

£28,000 – £35,000 per annum

Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for a large local company that is looking to bring a Senior Accounts Administrator into their Coventry finance team. This role is Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 and is permanent from day one.

So what would I be doing?

– Running the invoicing & posting the cash for the sales ledger

– Registering coding and posting purchase ledger invoices and producing payment runs off the purchase ledger

– Cover weekly payroll, including analysing clocking in & out and entering the payroll onto Sage

– Inter-company account reconciliation

– Active involvement in two stocktakes a year

– Assisting the preparation of management accounts & VAT Returns

– General Administration & Other duties

But what experience do I need?

– Prior Accounts or Finance experience specifically in company

– Any form of Accounting qualifications is highly desirable

– Prior Sage experience is desirable
