Agile Scrum Master/Agile coach – Banking/Asset Management – London
My client is a key bank in London – At present they require an Agile coach/Agile Scrum master to work on a business critical initiative..Please note my client does require deep banking/or Asset Management or Security services experience* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach with an Agile practitioner mindset understanding common Agile practices, design thinking, and iterative development practices. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and or role preferred. Experience with Agile product and lean portfolio management. Experience of Domain Driven Design would be a plus. 5+ years of experience in IT full development life cycle. Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence. Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions. Flexibility to work with teams, i individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
