The Sales Transaction Controller role:

As a Sales Transaction Controller you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals.

With great product knowledge and a passion for helping customers, in this role you will look after the customer vehicle, finance and insurance sales process from beginning to end. Friendly and professional, you’ll work in your team to ensure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional and that you deliver on your targets on time.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver complete customer satisfaction.
+ Management and development of the team by encouraging, supporting, motivating and coaching the team to maximise the department’s success.
+ Work as a full member of the Centre team by attending team meetings and liaising with all departments.
+ Comply with Jemca process and standards.
+ Deliver your goals to maximise every sales opportunity.

About you:

+ You must have a proven track record in sales and/or finance and insurance sales
+ You must have experience of great customer service
+ GCSE’s C or above in English and Maths
+ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
+ Proven track record in sales
+ A clean, current driving licence
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Work efficiently under pressure
