Job Description
NLB Solutions are working with a Head office in Watford who are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to cover maternity leave – 1 year FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the raising invoices, cash allocation, and credit control.
The role will report into an Accounts Receivable Manager and work within a small established team. The position requires someone that can multitask, use their own initiative and have good excel skills – pivot tables and v-lookups. The line manager will offer support and training in the role, but must be keen to learn the role quickly.
Duties:
* Sales ledger
* Raising invoices
* Credit control
Person Spec:
* Excel experience including v-look ups and pivot tables
* Previously worked in a similar role
* Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Good communication skills
