Customer Service Advisor

£22,500

Bournemouth

Working hours of 9 to 5pm, Monday to Friday – no weekend working!

We are looking for people who thrive when delivering outstanding customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, thriving business within the financial service sector.

This is not just your “run of the mill customer service” job – you’ll be having in-depth conversations with customers, having been trained to a high standard on various technical financial services products, and you will undergo in-depth training to become competent.

Your job will be to take responsibility for incoming calls to the department from policy holders, third party solicitors and financial advisors.

What will you be doing?

• Handle incoming calls and process requests from customers

• Ensure that data is accurately entered

• Managing Customer issues efficiently and resolving these

• Gain understanding through effective questioning and listening techniques

What are we looking for?

• Previous customer service experience is essential

• Strong IT literacy skills- Microsoft Office Suite, as well as ideally experience with bespoke customer relationship management systems.

• Confident and professional telephone manner

• Willingness to undertake training
