Axon Moore are exclusively working alongside a highly-valued client as they look to recruit a vibrant and personable Sales Ledger Clerk to their dynamic team. This role is well suited to a Sales Ledger Clerk with good experience and is able to build rapport across departments whilst working in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Daily reconciliation of cashing up and banking.
Ensure timely payment of credit sales invoices.

Allocating various payment types to the correct invoices and sales ledger accounts.
Oversee and monitor debtors with weekly meetings and directly liaising with various departments to ensure timely payment of all invoices.
Reconciliation of sales ledger accounts.
Bank statement postings and reconciliation.
Month-end duties.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Required Skills and Experience:

At least 1-2 years’ experience within a similar role.
Experience of complex reconciliations.
Able to develop and maintain good internal and external working relationships
Able to efficiently manage a high-volume workload.
Sage and Microsoft Excel proficient.
Proactive, self-motivated and organised.
Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
