Job Description
LOCATION: DUBLIN, IRELAND

EU/UK Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required

* Working closely with the Partner and Director

* Actively engage in the development of the company's services and client base

* Manage a growing portfolio of clients

* Accountable for ensuring all the essential guidelines are put in proper place accurately adhering to industry rules and regulations

* Conducting internal audits and reviews at regular intervals to ensure that compliance procedures are regularly followed

* Overseeing the risk management framework that provides operational protection of organizational systems and services through the provision of control, management, and delivery of the ongoing governance requirements, including assisting the Finance, Legal and Human Resources Departments in all aspects of their work in relation to organizational governance and risk, legislative and regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

* 4 years experience in any discipline of Internal audit, Risk, Compliance, or other Regulatory work.

* Professional qualification in Internal Audit, Risk, or Compliance.

* Experience in managing a portfolio of clients in IRELAND

* Key part of the management team in managing the department’s operations and strategy implementation

* Strong people management and people development skills

* Ability to provide training on processes and standards in the delivery of best practice
