Job Description
PE Global is currently recruiting a Revenue Accountant for a 6-month contract role with a leading pharma client based in Nottingham.

Responsibilities
• Support Commercial team with yearly budget & monthly forecast together with the analysis of variances v actual, propose & implement corrective actions.
• Prepare & comment on monthly revenue performance.
• Responsible for all aspects of revenue reporting.
• Management and reporting of Revenue recording ensuring business is compliant with the client’s revenue recognition process.
• Responsible for revenue related balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce project profitability for all Projects.
• Ensure Project financials are reconciled.
• Be the financial support for all quotes that are submitted to customers from the client.
• Input into the Financial Planning & Analysis requirements including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts; monthly, quarterly or year over year variance analysis, and gap closure planning for revenue.
• Drive process improvements that improve the client's overall financial performance accountant.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• ACA/CIMA qualification Part Qualified Accountant, candidates qualified by experience will still be considered.
• Strong commercial business and accounting experience.
• Experience of manipulating large data sets.
• Strong system skills – Advanced Excel.
• Agile and able to adopt in fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys working in multi-cultural environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure and keen to take own initiative.
