Job Description
Currently hiring for an administrator with experience of working in professional financial environments dealing with a predominantly high value client base. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to join a forward-thinking firm of Independent Financial Advisors, based in the Blythswood area of Glasgow as a Financial Services Administrator.
Please note – The successful candidate must be comfortable with dogs. We will only consider candidates who have 1 year minimum experience working in an Independent Financial Advice firm.
£24,000 plus benefits. Full training given. Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm. This position is office based in a state of the art office environment.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience using Xplan or similar software package.
* Numerate and literate with working knowledge of various administrative systems specifically financial.
* Proven ability to demonstrate precise attention to detail.
* Experienced in managing and prioritising own workload.
* Confident in using MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task.
* Ideally hold some CII or CISI qualifications.
* Financial Services qualifications are desired.
