Job Description
Our client is seeking a Liability Claims Technician to deal with a case-load of EL & PL losses on a cradle to grave basis. This will typically involve liaising with Loss Adjusters, policyholders, brokers and other third parties. The successful candidate will be expected to be analytical and have excellent communication skills as they will need to examine evidence and medical reports as well as negotiating liability and quantum with solicitors. Previous exposure to EL / PL claims is essential
