Fabric Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a progressive local business who are the UK's leading specialist retailer of industrial equipment. They're now seeking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Accounts department.
Description of the role:
Sorting, batching and registering invoices and credit notes daily and passing them over for authorisation.
Deal with queries with suppliers including delivery and pricing issues prior to posting the invoices to the ledger.
Assisting in preparing the weekly supplier payments, inputting of data onto spreadsheets, maintaining and balancing the Batch Book.About you:
Previous Purchase Ledger experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
