Job Description
A Norwich based manufacturing business are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a short term FTC until Dec 2022.
You'll be interested to know that in terms of history & heritage, you can't go much wrong with this business as they're one of the most prestigious companies in Norfolk, let alone Norwich! Which should give you peace of mind that this role would offer not only variety, but security too.
On offer is a good salary, a 37.5hour working week, 33 days holiday, company pension and some other benefits too.
You'll be providing temporary support to clear the backlog of purchase ledger invoices and other documentation. Alongside this, you'll be:
Matching, checking and processing invoices onto Visibility and SAP system
Processing company credit card statements
Reconciling accounts
Dealing with invoice queries.
To enable you to perform the above to the best of your abilities, you'll need in Liam Neeson's words "a particular set of skills". These skills and/or experience will include experience working with SAP and Office 365 and if you have some experience working with 'Visibility' then great! Although this one isn't essential.
