Our client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a busy but friendly accounts team within a busy automotive company in Bromsgrove. This is a temporary, 10 week contract with the potential to extend for the right candidate. Full training will be provided, you must have high attention to detail and computer literate. 

Purchase Ledger Administrator
Bromsgrove
£11.50 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Duties for Purchase Ledger Administrator include but not limited to:

Registering and processing invoices through Keyloop (training provided)
Passing invoices – checking over and general ledger coding
General data entry, ensuring all information is correct and up to date
Matching invoices with orders 
Reconcilling supplier statements
Liaising with accounts department and providing further support where required
Requirements:

Strong Administration background is essential
Finance / Accounts / Purchase Ledger experience
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Computer literate – use of Microsoft Offices including Excel and databases
Excellent attention to detail
