Job Description
Bridging Property Finance Underwriter £35-£45k + Annual Bonus
We are currently on the hunt for a Bridging Underwriter to join our team. The business is well established and growing, with a leading reputation within the Property Finance Market world for being one of the best in class.
The successful Bridging Underwriter is responsible for underwriting projects, ensuring all costs, property surveys & valuations etc are reviewed & correct. You will be working as part of a team with the Bridging & Development Finance team from enquiry and offer through to legal instruction
As a Bridging Underwriter you will work with other departments to ensure the administration of underwriting of cases, supporting with communication with the client and brokers throughout the process. You will answer telephone calls and chase for outstanding items to progress cases whilst maintaining accurate records and system information.
