Job Description
A Global Retail Bank is seeking a Regulatory Product Manager to join their Change Management team in London on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience with ING Transaction Reporting provides regulatory transaction reporting services such as MIFIR, EMIR and SFTR reporting to various internal entities.

You will be a Product Owner within a squad consisting of operational and technology professionals. You work with and support other colleagues in your squad to ensure complete, correct and timely delivery of transaction reports to regulators.

In this crucial position you will create a common purpose, bringing teams together to towards a single product vision and successful execution of the same. You will have a track record in delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for the 'what' in the Squad, ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements are met for all stakeholders.

Monitor the quality and performance of your squad.

Owning, ordering, prioritizing and communicating product backlog.

Regulatory transaction reporting services such as MIFID, EMIR and SFTR would be advantageous.
