Job Description
Time Appointments are pleased to be working on behalf of a client based in Colchester who are looking to recruit a Product Innovation Manager.
Providing effective technical support to the Directors and Senior Managers in the development of products and innovations of new products.
Key Duties:
* Understand the performance of existing products and services.
* Identify new products and services and provide insights and analysis on how these products and services should be developed for success.
* Assist the Underwriting team in seeking approval from Insurers for new and enhanced products.
* Conduct market research and analysis into products and services to inform developments and benchmark current products and services against competitors.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Relations Team and Marketing Team, where required, to provide product expertise within tenders, including presentations to clients where requested.
* Provide product expertise within group, including development of training sessions, when needed.
* Assisting Directors and Senior Managers in proactively identifying any scope for improvements.
* Building and maintaining effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.

* Experience in a product-based role within financial services
