Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a growing Accountancy Practice that are searching for a Private Client Senior Manager or Manager to join their team in Leatherhead.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who isl looking for the next step in their career to join an Accountancy Firm that is growing and expanding and the progression prospects are fantastic.
The successful candidate will be involved in delivering tax planning and advisory services in relation to private clients and would include Non-Dom & International clients, Family office, Offshore, Inheritance Tax, Trusts and Estate planning.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assist Tax Partners, Partners and Directors with complex enquiries.
Review the client base and identify additional opportunities.
Mentor, develop and train junior managers and trainees.
Prepare budgets, complete work within budget and ensure that all assignments are carried out in a timely fashion.
Develop relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
Key Requirements:-
CTA or ACA qualified.
High level of technical advisory expertise.
Good knowledge of Private Client tax planning.
Good communication skills at all levels.
Strong relationship building, networking and business development skills.
Proven record of mentoring successful teams.
Hybrid working offered.
Salary: Very competitive and DOE.
