Job Description
Randstad recruitment are working with a prestigious Global Medical based in Dublin . They are looking for someone to join their pricing team as a pricing research analyst.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Works to understand complex functional situations by paying attention to the details of the tasks at hand and by breaking them down into smaller pieces
Demonstrates pricing services knowledge; collaborates with appropriate parties to identify the drivers leading to pricing success.
Resolve price discrepancies to invoice the customer in a timely and accurate manner or correct prior invoices as necessary.
Perform price research based on customer inquiry, bill blocks and other data (e.g., price metrics) validate and correct pricing in SAP and source files (Contract Manager and non-contract manager excel files). Support Bids & Tenders Manager in controlling pricing processes including:
Daily execution of price loading and maintenance activities, ensuring complete and accurate price records for all customers and products
Validate and monitor Contract Manager and non-contract file source files are successfully loaded in SAP via daily synchronisation.
Report on the weekly basis on the price accuracy metrics and Billing Block status
Support continuous improvement of pricing and customer master data processes via IT-enabled and manual processes.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects to support EMEA business.
Maintain reliable and effective business partner relationships with Bids and Tenders, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, IT and Customer Service
Provide additional coverage and capacity to supplement decentralised Bids & Tenders team members across the EMEA region.
Demonstrates basic understanding of key metrics around processes
Communicates timely information so that it is easy to understand and influences others to take action based on the useful information provided.

Qualification & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Requires 2-3 years related experience
Effective in structuring, analysing and understanding data
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
Knowledge of Contract Manager and BI systems a plus
Ability to work and adapt in a fast and dynamic organisation
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
