Job Description
Role: Pricing Director

Location: Flexible

Salary: £70,000-£85,000 per annum

Our Client

A leading distributor of building and timber materials into the construction sector. A business with a National Branch Network throughout the UK.

We are recruiting a proven Pricing Director to join their pricing team. The role can be based anywhere in the UK but ideally within the central region and able to access the entire branch network.

We are looking to speak to Pricing Managers / Pricing Directors from the builders merchants, construction supplies sector who understand the complexities of trading and pricing within a multi-site operation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Leading the Pricing Team – 4 direct reports

Report into MD

Implementing a Pricing Framework across all merchant sites and branches

Compliance

Engagement

Comminucating between the sales and finacne teams

Working with category, sales, operations and commercial teams to maximise profit.

Anaylsing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin
