Job Description
Based within a short commute of Mansfield, Retford and Newark, this accountancy firm are hiring into a crucial job role, but can be flexible on the level of position, with anyone from Semi Senior Accountant through to Qualified Accountant or Client Manager being considered.
This firm are friendly, yet modern in methods and provide accountancy, tax, and related services to SME's locally.
A friendly and successful firm, they have study support available for AAT, ACCA etc, flexible hours and experienced staff that young accountants can learn from.
This firm tend to work a 36 ¼ hour week, generally 9am to 5pm with 45 minutes lunch. Their office has free parking and working in a friendly team, you will use sage and have clients on cloud systems like xero, quickbooks, freeagent, taxcalc, moneysoft for payroll etc. The job is a broad role, dealing with everything from basic bookkeeping / VAT, through to year-end accounts, tax returns and potentially other areas like management accounts. The role really can be forged around the right person in terms of level of responsibility and duties
