Job Description
Job Title: Finance Manager – Property development
Location: Leeds (south)
Salary: £40k to £45k
 
Property development and investment group based in South Leeds are needing a Finance Manager. The company is well established and progression to Head of Finance is on offer within a defined time scale.

About you:

We can look at part qualified, fully qualified or qualified by experience for this role
You must have knowledge of residential & commercial property accountancy
You will be a team player and be prepared to do all types of accountancy work
Have an analytical and inquisitive mind  
Duties:

Managing one staff
Liaising with the property team to ensure rental incomes are up to date
Reporting and analysis 
Management accounts production and group consolidation
VAT on residential and commercial property
