Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.

Duties include:

You will be responsible for administering the payroll for 2 monthly payrolls each month.
You will be entirely responsible for the payroll administration for all staff on a sole basis.
Processing new starters, leavers, changes in terms and conditions.
Pension auto enrolment, change of address and bank details, loans and court orders, variable data changes.
Using excel on a daily basis to update changes and complete reporting.
Processing timesheets manually within the group.
Full start to finish processing and completing P11ds.
Processing sick leave deductions, SSP, SMP, HMRC RTI, New starters, leavers.
Pension – auto enrolment, change of address and bank details, loans and court orders, variable data changes.
Using Excel – vlookups and pivot tables.
Dealing with queries.
HR Admin duties.
