Job Description
I'm looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant for a global business based in Reading. If you're deadline driven, organised, and have experience in international payroll, this could be the role for you!
Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 (+ benefits)
Role Overview:
Working with in-country teams, as well as Global Outsourcing, to advise and implement Global Payroll
Management, delivery and support of Global Payroll projects
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Configure and test platforms to match client requirements
Define and maintain country-specific process documentationEssential Criteria:
Experience of international payroll and compensation
Experience in a similar implementation-based role
Experience/knowledge of global payroll and technical payroll
Strong numerical skills
IT proficient, including in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently, with excellent organisational and planning skills, and a keen eye for detail
