Payroll Clerk
Southport
£24,000 to £26,000 basic salary
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Temporary to permanent (would consider permanent on day one)
Office based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Clerk to join our retail client in Southport. Day to day you will be responsible for supporting and processing staff payroll on a monthly and weekly basis. On offer is a basic salary of £24,000 to £26,000. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This role is initially offered on a temp to perm basis though permanent on day one will be considered.

The main duties of Payroll Manager are:
Processing weekly/monthly payroll based on staff requirements
Maintaining payroll records
Ensuring processes and procedures follow regulations
Responding and resolving all payroll enquiries
Calculation of wages and deductions
Liaising with HMRC
Ensure all staff needs are met
Processing and submitting pensions
Supporting the HR and Accounts team with day to day administration tasksTo apply for the position of Payroll Manager you must:
Have payroll experience
You must also have sage experience
