Job Description
Experienced Payroll Assistant required to join a large PLC at their Head Office in Sheffield. They are a leading supplier of building products supplying to customers across Europe.
The purpose of the role is to assist with the management of the relationship with the third-party payroll provider ensuring all pay data is processed, complete and accurate in accordance with business needs:
* Responsible for payroll processes that fall outside of the third-party managed payroll service.
* Day to day responsibility for managing the various shared mailboxes within the department.
* Deputising in the absence for the Payroll Service Delivery Manager.
* Providing support with the administration of the Pension Scheme.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
This search is not limited to any industry. Experience of running end to end payroll is key to this recruitment:
* Strong knowledge of PAYE and pension legislation along with benefits experience is desirable.
* Attention to detail is imperative with excellent numeracy and organisation skills is required.
* Previous experience of working with an outsourced payroll provided would be an advantage.
