Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator near Fakenham. Flexible, home working is also available.
12 months Fixed Term Contract
Working with a positive, welcoming and friendly team, this role will involve the following tasks:
Processing & Reporting – Ensure that the companies 5 payrolls including pension payroll are processed, checked, reported and BACS submitted for pay date.Collate monthly changes and process payrolls.
Reconcile & review.
Produce required reported inc BACS.
Submit BACS to the bank and submit reports to HMRC
Producing and distributing payslips
Pension Processing & Reporting
Extracting, reconciling & reporting to pension companies
HR Support
Collating information, updating master spreadsheets, reporting and filing.
Reporting required payroll details on a monthly basis.
Pension Trustee Duties – Ensuring quarterly trustees reports are collated and issued.
Bonus Administration – Updating and processing scheme accurately.
