Payroll Accounts Assistant
Overview:
A global leader based in Tonbridge are looking to recruit for a Payroll Accounts Assistant to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide administration of monthly payroll and administer the accounting ledgers to support the finance department.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual returns
• Reconcile all payroll transactions
• Process employee expenses
• Check bank accounts on a daily basis and record any activity on QuickBooks
• Complete customers' ledgers
• Bank cheques and post onto Accounts system
Essential Skills & Experience:
• A minimum of a years' experience in Payroll/Accounts
• AAT qualification is desirable but not essential
• Exceptional customer service
• Competent with Microsoft packages and Finance systems
Package:
• Salary – £23,000 – £25,000
• Discretionary performance-based bonus
• Pension scheme
