We are working with a well-established Accountancy Practice based in the Haywards Heath area in the recruitment of a Partner Designate.

This rare position will be joining the 2 partners already within the business and is a great opportunity to make that next step in your career, joining a successful and knowledgeable team of Finance Professionals.

Whilst managing a varied, diverse client portfolio, providing advisory and accountancy services, you will also be involved in the planning and implementing of the business and its growth and supporting your team members.

To be considered for this role we are looking for;

ACA/ACCA qualified.
Demonstrable and impressive history of career progression in an accountancy practice.
The ability to manage and develop client relationships.
Technically proficient in all areas of accountancy.
