Looking for a Part Time opportunity? Are you a passionate Customer Service individual hungry for a new challenge with a forward thinking business? If so, I have the right opportunity for you! I am currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to join a Share Plan provider based in the heart of Leeds City Centre. This role offers a competitive salary of £21k pro rata (£14k or £10.77 per hour based on 25 hours per week) and a Monday to Friday working shift pattern… And yes! You can let us know which shift you prefer. You will get to choose from 10am-3pm, 11am-4pm or 12pm-5pm! The training will be Full Time Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm to get you up to speed in no time!

In you new role you will be –

Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers and their representatives
Perform ID & Verification checks in line with GDPR regulations & internal procedures
Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge of the products & procedures
Escalate queries and complaints to relevant teams
Use internal systems to effectively respond to queries
Identify opportunities for process improvements
