Job Description
Our client, Diligenta, is a UK-based FCA regulated subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and a leading provider of business process services for the life and pension industry, administering over 18 million policies on behalf of its clients. Diligenta delivers a wide range of services including Customer Services, IT and Change Management to major players in life and pensions industry.
The graduate programme is within Diligenta’s Change function, and these new roles are fantastic opportunities for graduates looking to break into this sector.

Diligenta’s scheme focuses on building a broad future skill set by completing rotations within our Change function. The function is uniquely positioned in Diligenta to drive critical business outcomes which both support the delivery of the Diligenta Corporate Strategy and provide value for our customers.
The rotations offer the opportunity to work predominantly in the disciplines of Project Management and Business/Data Analysis & Design with exposure also being given to other areas.
You’ll also benefit from gaining the Data Analyst level 4 qualification during your apprenticeship while working on challenging projects with a real business impact. You will develop skills in business analysis, project management, testing and project management services.
You will have a designated mentor that will ensure you benefit from the skills and capabilities from a global parent company, TCS and receive in-house training on systems, processes and core brand values.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Degree (2:2 or higher), obtained in the last three years.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Digitally savvy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion and desire for analysis.
* Previous experience in a Business Analyst role desired but not essential.
