Job Description
Part-Time Credit Controller – Temp to Perm Contract to start ASAP!
Location:                    Rubery, Birmingham (B45)
Salary:                       £10.00ph
Hours of Work:           10hrs per week (2 days Friday & Other)

Essential: – Sage Accounts & Sage Payroll

Credit control – chasing outstanding overdue accounts
Providing holiday cover for finance as & when required
Maintenance of accurate purchasing and sales ledgers and departmentalised nominal ledger ensuring that appropriate processes are adhered to including prepayments & accruals
Monthly reconciliation of all Bank Accounts
Preparation of Monthly Finance reports
Cash Management and Banking
Ensuring that all purchases are authorised and paying suppliers by due dates
Generating all Invoices – pursuing outstanding payment due to the company
